Living in Victoria
Victoria calls itself the City of Lakes and Parks, and it earns the name. You get a small downtown, the start of the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail, and Carver Park Reserve right at the edge of town. We live and work here.

Lakes, trails, and a downtown you can walk to
Most of Victoria’s neighborhoods sit within a short drive or bike ride of downtown, where the Lake Minnetonka Regional Trail begins. The trail runs about 15 miles east to Hopkins, through Excelsior and the lake towns.
The bigger draw is the open space. Carver Park Reserve borders the city, and part of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is in Victoria too. It’s a good fit if you want room, trees, and water, and still want to be close to the rest of the west metro.

Eastern Carver County Schools
Most of Victoria is in Eastern Carver County Schools (ISD 112), the same district as Chaska, Chanhassen, and Carver. A few neighborhoods fall in a different district.
Before you fall for a house, we’ll confirm the district for that exact address and tell you what busing and open enrollment options it has.
